This article refers to the placebo and nocebo terms.

Placebo effect has reactions that treat a disease while the nocebo has negative effects
studies made mention that they think women are prone to heart disease are more likely to die than women with risk factors for heart disease but have not the same idea
the placebo effect refers to health benefits produced by a treatment that should not have an effect on changing the nocebo effect otherwise experienced, nocebo effect leads patients to have physical illnesses without cause

what do we need to follow balanced diet?
It is advisable to have a balanced diet that keeps us with energy or good health and prevent future disease, this means that each food that is in the meals provide healthy nutrients that the body needs to function properly. Moreover this food should be varied. The variety is related to the quality of food eaten.
To obtain an ideal diet the main thing to do is go to a specialist y¿to tell us that we should do to lose weight or eat well, this is according to the needs of a particular person. Eating well does not mean eating a lot, but is eating quality and quantity required for our bady. Feeding problems apper by eating little and, specially, by eating only certain food. the portions should be according to age, weight and physical condition
Always diet should be carbohidrates, proteins, vitamins and minerald that are neccesary for the body. Its is not good stop eating because this can bring more complications and irreversible problems.For starting a balanced diet should need motivation and be constant. A great way to spend your free time
Free time is a space to open our minds, recommended to forget about everyday activities, it fills us with positive energy and you can have a better entertainment.
there are many activities for free time, for instance I like go to the beach or go to the shopping or playing any sports and meet with my best friends.My best ways to organize my time are: to do them on weekends an try that they are as great as posible
I enjoy doing them because I forget the problems, it is good for my health an mood improvement. So I advice you follow these activities because they are fun and healthy.
